Constant Buffering

The past week has been absolutely dreadful. Usually, Twitch is fine for me. Sure, streams buffer here and there but that's fine. Lately, however, ALL streams buffer pretty much constantly. No matter if the streamer is small or not, there's buffering, and my internet speeds haven't changed at all either. Streams play for about three seconds (up to a few minutes if I'm lucky) and then buffer for five seconds or up to a couple of minutes, then repeats. I can't watch streams anymore because of it. I use Google Chrome, but I've read that it helped some people when they watched Twitch on Internet Explorer, so that's what I tried. No difference whatsoever. I've sent Tweets to both Twitch and Twitch Support but never got an answer, and I was going to send a report through Google Docs but three quarters of the information that was wanted I didn't know how nor wanted to find. (I get really paranoid when I have to go scouring through the depths of my computer for any reason, I wasn't up to trying to figure out how to do a traceroute thing even with the help.) So my question is: is Twitch going to look into this soon? Am I the only one having this problem?
