I've stopped streaming for a while now (about 2-3months) but this evening I was trying to pick it back up.
Sadly, none of my viewers (about 5 people in the chat, since I'm not a big streamer) could enjoy the livestream since they all had the issue that the stream kept on buffering for them. Only my moderator "Teshya" was able to view the stream without interruptions. I was using the exact same set-up as before, and that didn't give any issues before, also, my OBS was telling me I dropped 0 frames and was uploading at a solid 2700kb/s without any issues. The server I broadcast to is set to Amsterdam. Any reasons why this is happening? I would like to keep on streaming if at all possible, I can provide screenshots of my OBS settings if needed but I really doubt the problem is on my end.
