This just started happening on its on somehow but when I go to load a channel its starts off grey and has the functions bar at the bottom (normal). Then the video area just goes black, the function bar disappears and if I right click it says video not loaded. This is not happening for any other website and it actually only happens for some streams.
It appears to be due to ads. For example I could load a stream that works, watch the initial ad, and then navigate to a stream that didn't work before and then have it work because there is no ad this time. Once the broadcaster initiates a 3 min ad the video area just goes black again.
This is happening across all major browsers (safari, opera, chrome, firefox). I've tried reinstalling flash and always allowing it in preferences. Running OS X 10.10.
As a side note (complaining) the ad system seems to be getting worse and worse for me. Since they started doing these long ads that you can skip they always freeze in the middle and i keep having to reload the stream to try and get through the ads :(
