Video was streamed using the innate PS4 streaming software, using "Best HD," with 15 Mbps upload.
In this highlight: http://www.twitch.tv/dsdoan/c/5412507 a few seconds after 11:35 the playback always lags. If you watch the playback time, you will see this is not lag within the video itself, as the playback time stops for several seconds. When the video resumes playing again it has skipped several seconds of the video.
I've had this issue during playback of several past broadcasts, although, I hadn't realized until I downloaded this video, that it occurs at the end of video segments, which leads me to believe there is an issue with the way Twitch saves broadcasts in video segments. It's as if the end of the video segment is not properly finalized. Is this a known issue?
