Hello everyone,
for the passed month I've had no issues streaming with my internet connection at 3000-3500 kbps for 1080p quality streaming. A few days ago I started having issues where no matter what server I selected I could not get over 1000 kbps, and most times it dropped to 0. After messing with settings (lowering them closer to a 1000 kbps and as low as I could go) for a couple of days and even spending a few hours with my ISP trying to figure out what is going, I have come here for help.
Like I said I've been streaming for a month no problem at a stable 3000+ kbps, only up until a few days ago did this start. I've tried every server available on OBS, I've adjust the settings accordingly, I've been all over the internet trying all sorts of dropped frames and network fixes for this type of issue. My ISP is fine, mutliple speed tests on 30 different servers all over north america with a few different testing sites show around the same results, that I get the same speeds as I did a week ago. Even my ISP upgraded me to see if it would fix and it only seems to be the Twitch servers that are giving me issues. I've opened all my ports for Twitch and even added some of the known IPs they use.
So any help would be very appreciated as I love streaming and would like to get back to it.
