Location: Pensacola, FL
- The issue has been occurring for a week roughly
- Even when peak hours are not around, I still buffer
- Quality settings do not matter. I still buffer when i use "Low"
- Here is my speed test: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4305327575
- I've tried using tools such as Livestreamer to stream a Twitch stream to MPC-HC. That doesn't help. So this couldn't be a browser issue I imagine
- I'm directly plugged in via my ethernet port. Even on Wi-Fi I still buffer.
I'm willing to do anything I can do to get this issue resolved. Twitch is one of my main forms of entertainment. Not being able to watch a live stream of my favorite streamers really angers me.
Any troubleshooting ideas would be grateful.

Side notes:
- Using a VPN is fine. I just wanted to mention that.
- I'm using Tardsplaya and I'm getting this error:
< chunk 1801 [9] Recv(0) Error: 10060 >>>> Is it possible that I'm unable to connect to servers?
Hopefully someone can help me with this.
