Been posting this on some other users questions so I was wondering if I could maybe get this pinned rather than checking back here each time to repost it.
"I've been using Chrome and Twitch videos haven't been loading and I managed to get it to work!
Every has been telling me to disable the "pepflashplayer.dll" version of flash and only have the "NPSWF32_17_0_0_134.dll" version enabled. Well after giving up and using my tablet to twitch stream for a bit I decided to switch it up and only enable the pepflashplayer, loandbehold my twitch now works.
So for anyone with the problem, trying DISABLING NPSWF32 Flash in plugins and ENABLING PEPFLASHPLAYER

So it seems that for some people the only way to get Twitch to work is by using the Chrome version of Flash rather than the Windows version as suggested by Twitch Help.
