I've been having some trouble with live streaming from my Playstation 4.

The archived broadcast has a total run time of 48:22, however can only watch up until 28:30. Trying to start the video from anytime after 28:30 will just tell you that the video has completed. Any idea as to if this is recoverable, or if there's a fix? Has anyone else (especially PS4 users), experienced this?
